Personal data (data collected)
When you visit our website, we only collect personal data to the extent that is technically necessary (name of the file accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL and the requesting provider). This data cannot be assigned by us to specific persons and is not combined with data from other data sources.

Data deletion
Your data will be deleted on an ongoing basis unless there is a legal obligation to store the data. Statutory/legal retention obligations or contractual obligations, e.g. to customers under warranty or compensation or to contractual partners, are a basis for continuing to store personal data. (Art. 6 para. 1 lit c GDPR - basis for the lawfulness of processing: statutory/legal obligation). If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Use of cookies
We would also like to point out that cookies are used when you visit our website. Cookies are small files or other types of information storage that are transferred from our web server or third-party web servers to the user's web browser and stored there for later retrieval. The cookies we use are deleted from your hard disk after you close your browser (session cookies). The data is collected on the basis of ยง 96 para. 3 TKG. We also use cookies to statistically analyze the use of our website as part of the Google Analytics web analysis service (see below). This data is collected on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator.
